    DRIVING DIRECTIONS (from Madisonville, KY to Destin, FL)

• I-24 East to Nashville - After I-24 & I-65 come together- bear right at first fork to Nashville/Memphis (look for I-65 South)  
• Next fork – bear right – road goes under highway you were on.  Follow signs to Birmingham or Huntsville.  Next fork – bear right on I-65 South 
• Proceed to Birmingham and Montgomery, AL
• Pass Greenville, AL (approximately 1 hour south of Montgomery)
• From Hwy I-65, take exit 114 - Georgiana (2 hours from Birmingham)
• At end of ramp, turn left onto AL Hwy 106
• Travel 4-5 miles on Hwy 106
• “T” into Hwy 31 which becomes Hwy 55-Turn right (or south)
• After 5 miles of 2 lane, the road turns 4 lanes (30 miles to Andalusia)
• Follow Hwy 55 all the way through Andalusia
• Hwy 55 will turn into AL Hwy 29
• “V” left onto 137 (not far after some big houses on left - 5 to 10 miles)
• Go through Wing, AL (near the state line of Florida) 
• AL Hwy 137 turns into FL 189
• 2-3 miles past  Baker, FL, "T” into Hwy 90 at Milligan
• Turn left onto Hwy 90 (two lane road) and travel for no more than a mile or so
• Hwy 90 will turn into a four-lane.
• Immediately after four-lane begins, turn right onto the first paved road you come to (stop light) – Antioch Church Road.  You will pass Fox Run Country Club (2-3 miles) after you turn onto Antioch Church Road – Then pass over I-10
• On this paved road, you will dead-end into Hwy 85
• Turn right onto Hwy 85 (going up a steep incline immediately after turning right)
• On Hwy 85 – go around big sweeping curve to left going into Niceville, FL
• Look for Hwy 20 East while going through Niceville, FL.  You should T into it.  Turn left on 20 East (passing Niceville High School on left)
• Follow Hwy 20 east to Highway 293 – approximately 10 miles. Turn right on Hwy 293 after you pass Blue Water Bay Resort on right.  Just before turning right, McDonalds will be on left.  Hwy 293 leads across the Mid-bay Bridge.
• Cross Mid-bay Bridge, toll bridge.  At stop light turn right on Highway 98.
• Go through several stop lights.  Go past Joe’s Crab Shack and Summer Place Inn.  Sundestin (white building with blue sign) is past light on left and is across the street from Alvin’s Islands Beach Shop.  Pelican Beach is about 500 yards past Sundestin across from Big Kahauna’s.
